Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities including preventive maintenance programs, equipment repairs, and facility upkeep. Manage maintenance staff scheduling, training, and performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain documentation of all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
- Experience with CMMS software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA safety knowledge
